Frequently asked questions

HOW DO I BECOME AN ENERGISA GROUP SUPPLIER?
Contact the group's supplier registration department via our Energisa Service Center (CSE) on (032) 3202-3030. After registration, the commercial approval and document analysis stages will take place in accordance with national legislation and technical approval if required.

ARE THERE ANY DIFFERENCES BETWEEN MATERIAL SUPPLIERS AT THIS INITIAL REGISTRATION STAGE?
Yes. Initially, suppliers receive a self-assessment to fill in, where the type of product and its respective class will be classified. This document must be entered into the WebSupply platform in .xls format. With this data, the supplier quality department carries out a criticality analysis of the product, determining whether it is properly classified. Once it has been correctly classified, the technical approval process begins, as described in the MQF.

WHAT ARE CRITICAL CLASSES?
Critical classes are groups of materials that are highly critical to the operation, health and safety of the installer and third parties, as well as to the environment. For these materials, it is necessary to carry out specific tests based on regulatory resolutions. The critical classes can be consulted in the MQF.

WHAT LEVEL OF QUALITY SHOULD THESE CLASSES HAVE?
The Energisa Group asks its suppliers to adopt management systems certified by international standards: ISO 9001, ISO 50001, NBR 14001.

WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF HAVING MATERIALS APPROVED BY THE ENERGISA GROUP?
Materials approved by the group can be sold to our partners, contractors and customers in our concession area, as they have the technical engineering requirements approved by the group, guaranteeing the conformity of the materials manufactured by our suppliers.
