ENERGISA DIGITAL LABS

Our center of excellence in artificial intelligence, located at our headquarters in Rio de Janeiro.

In it, we develop innovation projects in partnership with the national and international ecosystems in which we participate, focused on improving operational efficiency, qualifying our customers' experience and developing new products and services for the national and international energy market.

OPEN INNOVATION

We are a group that has innovation as one of its core values. We look for people and companies with the potential to generate solutions that deliver transformational, high-impact results for the energy sector.

Through our Themes of Interest, Campaigns and Challenges, we open the door for startups, universities, science and technology institutes (ICTs), independent researchers and other organizations to present their innovative proposals.

R&AMP;D

A program regulated by ANEEL that aims to implement innovative, new or improved products, processes and/or services, and to transfer and disseminate technology.

The main focus is on generating applied knowledge and practical discoveries aimed at market opportunities. R&D must therefore be creative and entrepreneurial, supported by a technical-scientific foundation of originality.

E-NOVA

One of the largest innovation incentive programs in the Brazilian electricity sector, E-nova is an interactive virtual environment where employees can suggest ideas and take the lead in promising projects. Each year, around two thousand ideas are entered into the platform. After being evaluated by various areas (e.g. operation and maintenance; safety; metering, billing and revenue protection; among others), they can be implemented, with rewards for the proponents throughout the process.
