WHO CAN TAKE PART?
Energisa Group's open innovation program is accessible to different types of organizations. Specific requirements are detailed in each challenge.

WILL ENERGISA INVEST IN MY SOLUTION?
There is no investment or purchase of equity by the Group. However, organizations can be suppliers through contracting or the type of partnership that is most appropriate for each context.

WHICH REGIONS ARE ORGANIZATIONS ACCEPTED? IS IT WORTH IT FROM OUTSIDE THE COUNTRY?
Our program is open to organizations from any region of the world.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM LEVEL MY SOLUTION NEEDS TO BE?
For PoCs, it is essential that startups already have an MVP (minimum viable product) tested on a small scale or that they are already in the market and making money. For RD&I projects, the expected maturity will be agreed between the parties, based on the TRL (Technology Readiness Levels) scale.

WHAT FORMS OF PARTNERSHIP DOES ENERGISA OFFER?
Pilot, paid or unpaid (depending on the scope, duration and objective of the initiative), projects under the ANEEL R&D Program and mentoring with Group executives.

WHAT IS THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY?
Intellectual property will be discussed between the parties, taking into account prior experience and the development to be carried out. Once agreed, the parties sign the relevant contractual instrument specifying the object, scope of work, rights, obligations and other rules pertaining to the project.
