We get closer to society through cultural activities and the expression of regional values

Since 2022, we have been a non-profit organization maintained by the Energisa Group. Our purpose is to strengthen local strengths and promote the exchange of inter-regional knowledge, valuing and integrating the different accents that make up the network of locations served by the organization. With a focus on systematic support for regional culture, we manage and curate cultural centers in the cities of Cataguases (MG), Nova Friburgo (RJ) and João Pessoa (PB).

Message from President André Theobald

One of Energisa Group's main strengths is its capillarity. The company operates in all regions of the country and one of our differentials is our presence in cities in the countryside, with a strong investment strategy for the socio-economic development of these territories. The company believes that working with and valuing this regional diversity is one of the pillars for business growth and the company's longevity, an awareness that has existed since it began operating as a business 119 years ago.

In this scenario, the Institute adopts an approach to cultural programming and production that boosts the creative economy, social inclusion, environmental education and income generation.

Established in 2022, the Institute has supported cultural projects in ten states (Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Paraíba, Sergipe, Tocantins, Rondônia, Acre and São Paulo) and the sponsor's investments exceed 22 million.

Mission

Our mission is to leverage the potential of the Brazilian territories where the Energisa Group operates, through social and productive inclusion, with educational, cultural, social and sporting initiatives.

Vision

By 2030 we want to be recognized by communities and partners as one of the main promoters of local development, either through our own actions or through partnerships.
