Transmission

Transmission: accelerated growth to improve the quality of the energy we bring to our customers

We entered the transmission segment a few years ago to improve the quality of the energy that our distributors deliver in the states of Amazonas, Bahia, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Pará, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and Tocantins.

Since then, we have acquired 12 transmission concessions, totaling 14,372 MVA of installed capacity, and we continue to grow at a strong pace in order to do more and better.

Our entry into the broadcasting segment promotes:

  • Increased load available in cities for economic activities such as industry and farming
  • More stability in the supply system
  • The arrival of quality energy in areas that previously had access to precarious energy
  • Job creation with the construction of substations and transmission lines
  • Flow of hydro and photovoltaic generation potential from one region to another
  • Synergy in operations between Group companies
  • Reducing energy losses
